Recovering Playlists from Google Drive...

I had to send my phone in for some service, which meant that I had to wipe the phone as per the instructions from the manufacturer. That went off without a hitch and when I got the phone back I was able to download everything and get back up and running. However it seems that I can't recover the playlists from Google Drive. I'd very much like to recover them and put them back onto the phone and get Player Pro to use them as I have over two-thousand songs spread across 716 albums and 579 artists. I can do it again manually if I have to, I've done it before, but I'd like to avoid that if possible. When I go to Settings, then down to the Playlist Browser, I make sure Use Playlist Browser is selected and then when I select Import System Playlists nothing happens. Also the Restore Playlists is greyed out so I can't select that. Any advice would be helpful...
