Unchecking "Auto start" & "Bluetooth autostart" in the PlayerPro headset settings should work.
Try to reboot your phone as well.

On the playlists screen, plz tap the three dots contextual menu next to the "Least played" playlist and select the Edit option.
You can edit the number of songs to be displayed from 25 to any number.
