Player pro (pro) saying it doesn't recognize some FLAC and some MP3 files

I have the pro version of player pro and it is not playing some FLAC files in my library, it has happened with a couple of mp3 files too. Any idea of how to solve this? The files play perfectly fine on other devices. Thank you in advance! ^^
