Manage Artwork can't access internet

After selecting the "manage artwork" -> "pick from internet", it pops up a "technical error" window:

Playerpro has encountered a technical error. Most likely causes are:
- The service Playerpro is relying on is encountering problems.
- You are not connected to the internet.
Please try again later. Thanks to report the issue to the support team if the problem persists.

Could anyone help me?
