Sync External Playlist?

I know I've been able to do this just fine in the past, but don't know why I'm suddenly having trouble. I use MusicBee on my PC and use it to transfer playlists to PlayerPro.
But I can't get my MusicBee playlists to show in PlayerPro.
All my music is synced to my phone /Music. I've tried syncing to that root as well as /Music/Playlists. They save in M3U. And I've tried both with and without using relative paths.
If I use a file browser on my phone and navigate to a synced playlist and click it-- it'll open and play in PlayerPro just fine.
So what am I doing wrong that PlayerPro doesn't recognize them and show them on the Playlists screen?
