App not working at all

Bought Player Pro many years ago. Stopped working completely today. Force stop no help. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Now I have only the free version & ALLplaylists are GONE. New free version will NOT play songs it finds on my Samsung Android. NEED HELP FROM DEVELOPERS TO FIX THIS!!!
