PlayerPro is not seeing new videos downloaded from PC

I've tried multiple times to refresh the Mediastore from the Settings Menu. I know there is a process running because I select it again since there is no indication that my request is being executed and a message box pops up saying there is a process already running. I can play the videos in other players and file managers with no problem. I went so far as to delete the mediastore on the phone with no success. I cleared the PlayerPro cache but not it's data with no luck. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
