All exports are failing

Hello,

I like PlayerPro, good work !
I have a very annoying issue : all the exports do not work anymore : so both on internal storage (like /storage/emulated/0/Backup) and on Google drive. I scheduled backup and it is not creating any file. Even when I force manual backup, it does not create anything. Both for music stats and application settings.

Note that I have 2 versions of PlayerPro still installed on my Android smartphone. Could I remove the free version without risking losing my music stats?

Did you ever figure this out? I really want to back up my ratings and song genre, do you know how to manually do this?
